Inside Higher Education is reporting that presidential candidate Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) are set to introduce a bill canceling student loan debt, which would resemble the plan Warren discussed on the campaign trail in April. From Inside Higher Education: "Under the plan, student loan borrowers with incomes of less than $100,000 could receive up to $50,000 in loan cancellation. Those with higher incomes would have debts discharged on a sliding scale."
