President's Budget Proposal Contains More Funding for Higher Ed

President Joe Biden released his annual budget proposal on Friday. The budget proposal contains numerous provisions for higher education, including more funding for the U.S. Department of Education, increases to the Pell Grant, new funding for MSIs (including to increase STEM capacity at MSIs), and additional research funding.
